Daily Question 1

Baseball you constantly have to get bigger and better and improve. If you don’t improve, you will not play because the people who do improve will eventually improve so much that they are better then you. So you need to set a goal for yourself to get better and bigger. There are sometimes unfair advantages because if you were born with small hands, you won’t be able to throw the ball very well but if you have big hands you are able to throw the ball a lot better then somebody with smaller hands. Another unfair advantage is if somebody is just naturally bigger then you they can’t hit the ball as far as somebody smaller. Another thing is that more professional baseball players were born in August than any other time. Gladwell would agree with me because he has also seen that statistics. He also thinks that there are several unfair advantages to sports. He agrees that there are just some things in sports that you have no control over such as size, hand size, and birth date.
