My Perspective on a Lover
(Isaiah Warnick)
In William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" the character Romeo is a interesting man. I find him to be rather emotional and impulsive. To prove his emotion he says this, "...embellishes night as a rich jewel in an Ethiop's ear..."(Shakespeare 68). Romeo says this looking at Juliet and with deep love and emotion. Romeo, showing his impulsiveness says to Juliet, "Then have my lips the sin that they have took". In this scene Romeo is, in a way, telling Juliet to kiss him. These quotes are deeply emotional and impulsive for his love for Juliet proving his character. I personally think he is a man continuously looking for love, and I find him annoying a few times. His consistent want for love, and nothing else for the most part, is displeasing to me because he will act bipolar many times. I do not relate to how he feels whatsoever mainly because I have never experienced something as his situation.
